Four gestures,
twenty-eight minutes.
A routine is only worth as much as it is kept. This one consists of four actions—enough to see results, few enough not to give up after ten days.
Each step has one product, and only one. No layering serums, no extra steps just to look professional: what is there serves a purpose, and what isn't there wasn't needed.
Nothing is mandatory. Start with the habit that speaks to you, keep it for three weeks, and add the next one once the first has become automatic.
Compose your own.
From thinnest to thickest, makeup last. Remove what you won't keep: duration and price follow.
Clean
On dry skin, wipe gently from the center outwards, without rubbing. The wipe rinses with clear water and dries in one hour.
- Why
- Poorly cleansed skin renders the following three steps ineffective.
- To be avoided
- Scented disposable wipes, and scalding water.
Moisturize
On clean skin, twenty to thirty minutes — or overnight for maximum penetration. Tap in the remaining serum, do not rinse.
- Why
- It is the gesture that is most immediately visible, from the very first pose.
- To be avoided
- Let it dry completely on the face.
To process
Two to five minutes, from the lower face towards the temples, without pressing. The brush follows the movement, it does not force it.
- Why
- Works on tonicity and drainage — visible on the facial contour.
- To be avoided
- Press to speed up, and the eye contour area.
To enhance
After skincare, on clean, hydrated skin. Apply a hazelnut-sized amount in a thin layer from the center outward. Let it absorb for a few seconds before applying foundation — or wear it alone.
- Why
- Blurs texture, brightens the complexion, and keeps makeup in place all day long.
- To be avoided
- Applying too much: a thick layer makes what you place on top slide.
Frequently Asked Questions
In what order should the products be applied?
From lightest to richest: cleansing, moisturizing, targeted treatment, and makeup last. This is exactly the order of the four steps above.
How many times a week?
Cleansing and brushing are daily routines—brushing only takes two to five minutes. The mask should be applied two to three times a week: any more than that, and you tire the skin without any added benefit.
Can we skip a step?
Yes, and that is planned: remove it from the selection above, and the duration and price will update accordingly. It is better to commit to three actions than to abandon four.
And for sensitive skin?
Reduce the frequency: twice a week for the mask, every other day for the brush. Perform a patch test on the inside of the elbow before the first application of a new treatment.
